BASKET RACK

Overall size of rack is 42" x 16-3/4" x 72" (1065mm x 425mm x 1830mm)

Basket rack shelves, frames and end panels shall be made from prime galvanneal steel. Shelves shall be constructed of 20 gauge (1.0mm). The channel formed cross members are constructed from 18 gauge (1.2mm) and bolted to the end panels. End panels shall be constructed of 20 gauge (1.0mm) and bolted to the shelves.

Shelves shall be numbered and have padlock hasps welded to leading edge and have 3 security baffles riveted to the underside of the intermediate and top shelves.

Gym baskets are manufactured from high density linear polyethylene to eliminate rusting and noise of shelves with wall thickness not less that .115" (2.9mm). Basket size to be 16-3/8" x 9-1/2" x 9-3/8" (416mm x 241mm x 238mm). Free flow ventilation shall be 20% of sides and 16% of bottom. Baskets shall have provision for locking by means of a padlock and shall be numbered to correspond to numbers on the shelf. Color of the baskets are white. Basket rack to be in durable polymer powder 633 charcoal, shelves to be 223 oyster.
